In Loving Memory of Frank M. Turcio

To support children and adults with a broad range of physical, emotional, or developmental special needs who are in need of financial assistance to attend the life-changing programs at Victory Hill.

Frank Michael Turcio, 84, formerly of Lititz, PA peacefully and unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord on February 24, 2026.

Born in Stamford, CT, Frank was the beloved son of the late Charles F. and Rose A. (Loglisci) Turcio. Frank attended J.M. Wright Technical School in Stamford where he developed his knack for fixing things into a career as a talented electrician for over 40 years in the Connecticut/New York area with the Local Union 3 IBEW (originally 501). Outside of work, Frank was passionate about music, his baby grand piano, and his beloved upright bass which he faithfully played in the St. Matthews Catholic Church folk group for many years in Norwalk, CT. He also loved the water, especially The Cove in Stamford, CT.

Frank shared 29 beautiful years of marriage with the love of his life, Alberta. Their bond was rooted deeply in faith, music, and a shared commitment to serving others as the Lord directed them. A gifted and devoted musician, Frank spent 17 years playing his bass alongside Alberta at St. James Catholic Church, Lititz, PA, where his steady presence and joyful spirit enriched countless liturgies. Over the past eight years in Delaware, he continued to minister faithfully through music and healing prayer, touching lives in ways both seen and unseen.

His faith was the cornerstone of his life. Frank founded the Light of Christ prayer group, served on the Alpha team, ministered as an Extraordinary Minister to the sick, and was a passionate advocate for the sanctity of life. Known as a true prayer warrior, he carried the needs of others quietly and faithfully to the Lord. Whether playing the bass, piano, or guitar, Frank shared his musical gifts generously, always pointing hearts toward hope and healing.

Frank loved to travel, especially to his cherished Italy and to the beautiful island of Bermuda. Though gentle and soft-spoken by nature, he possessed a rare and remarkable gift: he made everyone he encountered feel deeply loved, seen, and valued. His calm presence, warm smile, wisdom, and unwavering faith left a lasting imprint on all who knew him.

The family kindly asks that donations be made to the Frank Turcio Memorial Scholarship Fund for children and adults with special needs at Victory Hill Therapeutic Horsemanship, continuing Frank’s legacy of faith, compassion, and service.
