Victory Hill TH needs YOU!



Volunteers are at the heart of every success story! The children and adults who come for Therapeutic Riding, Hippotherapy and Crossroads look forward to seeing their favorite volunteers each time they visit!
How can you volunteer and make a difference?
- Grounds keeping – Keep our paddocks, gardens, arena, round pen, and trail in good condition. All tools are supplied, but you may want to bring work gloves.
- Side-walker to assist our riders during their lessons – No experience necessary! On the job training is offered. Must be physically fit and able to walk briskly in a sand arena for 30 min at a time.
- Horse care (Groomer / Leader for classes) – Must have a minimum of 2 years of horse experience. Requires a horsemanship skills evaluation. Horse Leaders are required to fulfill 20 hrs. of side walking before leading.
- Event Planning Committee – Meetings are once a month and committee members plan our fundraising events throughout the year. For more information, email linda@victoryhillth.org.
- Board of Directors (Ages 21 and up) – Meetings are once a month. Board Members volunteer their time, talents, treasure, and ties to support Victory Hill’s mission and growth to truly make a lasting difference to all those we serve! & be able to take direction independently.*
*Volunteers are needed Monday-Friday from 11 am to 7 pm*
